2Construct are a successful building and construction company who were on a mission to scale their business. We were engaged to write a marketing plan that would put in place the foundations for sustained business growth.
THE CHALLENGE
Most construction companies build their businesses on their ability to meet TIME, COST & QUALITY measures and for a very good reason. However, this leads to a 'sameness' that is the enemy of great. For 2 Construct this thinking drove our approach to identify a distinctive new brand positioning and communications plan.
THE STRATEGY
We commenced our strategy work with qualitative market research with Architects, Project Management Consultants and end clients. We gathered valuable insights from the collective wisdom of this cohort that provided us with and strong direction.
Observation: The nature of construction is that problems will arise
Insight: More than anything, it's how you problem solve and you collaboratively manage the complex nature of building significant projects.
The branding strategy was to bring to life the unique problem solving nature of 2 Construct.

- A marketing communications plan was produced to facilitate inbound enquiries
- HubSpot sales pro was implemented to streamline the sales pipeline
- The brand identity was refreshed across web, eDM, advertising, tender documentation and general collateral.
